Best Practice Guidelines – COVID-19

With New Zealand – and the world – in the midst of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, SCA (NZ) has developed these best practice guidelines to help Body Corporate Managers, Committees  and residents make informed decisions.

 

These guides were prepared for:

 

  • Alert Level 1 (no more than 500 persons present)
  • Alert Level 2 (no more than 100 persons present) only

However, these documents can be applied as a basic guide at all levels.
This moment requires collaboration from all parties and these guides have proactive advice, preventative policies and resources for all affected in our industry.

 

At the heart of our community is people’s homes and many small businesses, and we hope these guides and SCA (NZ) more broadly can provide some clarity around best practice during this time as people work to safeguard their homes and businesses.

 

We encourage our members to read the guidelines carefully.
